Igor Anisimov has joined the Criminal Law Practice of Belsky & Partners
Belsky & Partners announces the appointment of lawyer of the Moscow Bar Association Igor Anisimov as a Counselor of the Criminal Law Practice. He will strengthen the support of complex White-collar crime cases.
Igor has a degree in law from Ural State Law Academy (1999) and has a substantial background in criminal law for over 25 years.
Prior to advocacy Igor served as a prosecutor at the Prosecutor's Office and as an investigator at the Investigative Committee of Russia. He finished his law enforcement career as Chief of Priority Investigations Division. He was involved in the investigation of major economic, corruption and tax crimes while working for law enforcement agencies and has received numerous awards and acknowledgments from the Russia’s Attorney General and Head of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
After joining the Advocate’s Bar in 2017 Igor has been involved in many high-profile criminal defense matters delivering great results for his clients. Igor focuses his attorney practice on client representation at all stages of criminal process (pre-investigative inspection, preliminary investigation, court pleadings, representation at higher court instances) as well as advising corporations on dispute resolution, internal investigations, and criminal risks mitigation. Igor’s professional experience includes cases nationwide for private and corporate clients from various economic sectors.
