Belskiy & Partners has appointed Regina Bikkulova, Mikhail Panfilenok, and Konstantin Perelman, further strengthening the Firm’s criminal law and dispute resolution practices.

Regina Bikkulova advises companies, executives, and private individuals on criminal matters involving economic and white-collar offenses. Her practice includes representation at all stages of criminal proceedings, including matters involving fraud, abuse of authority, corruption, and management liability arising from business activities.

Mikhail Panfilenok focuses on criminal risk management for businesses and senior management. His practice covers economic and white-collar crime matters, including tax, customs, and corruption-related investigations, as well as criminal law audits aimed at assessing and mitigating legal risk.

Konstantin Perelman represents clients in complex commercial disputes and insolvency proceedings. He advises on litigation involving corporate control, liability of controlling persons, and asset protection, and also handles banking and financial disputes, regulatory matters, and internal investigations. In addition, his experience includes advising on fintech and e-commerce matters, federal subsidy and government support programs, and regulatory compliance.
We are highly selective in how we develop our lawyers. Regina, Mikhail, and Konstantin meet the standards we set for ourselves and for the work we undertake. Their experience and judgment strengthen our core practices and reflect the level of capability our clients expect.
