Konstantin has extensive experience handling disputes arising out of corporate conflicts, financial transactions, and large-scale commercial projects. He regularly acts for top executives, investors, and financial institutions in cases involving claims for damages and subsidiary liability, including matters with claimed amounts exceeding hundreds of billions of rubles.
A significant part of Konstantin’s practice is dedicated to disputes and advisory work at the intersection of litigation, financial regulation, and emerging financial instruments. He is well experienced in matters involving digital financial assets (DFAs), regulatory oversight by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, and compliance issues affecting financial institutions, fintech companies, and market participants.
