Alexey Kizerev

Alexey Kizerev is a practicing lawyer with over 25 years of experience in the field of international trade and customs law. Alexey advises clients on all aspects of customs law, develops comprehensive customs compliance programs, represents the interests of foreign trade participants in relations with customs authorities.

The project team led by Alexey helps clients manage risks and maximize opportunities related to the regulation of export-import operations, including issues of sanctions restrictions. Among his clients there are large Russian commercial and industrial companies, customs representatives, customs carriers, authorized economic operators.

Alexey received his degree in law at the Ural State Law Academy (Investigative Faculty, specialty "jurisprudence", 1996) and in management at the Russian Customs Academy (Faculty of Customs, specialty "Customs Manager", Diploma with honors, 2001).

Since 1996, Alexey has served in various positions in the customs authorities of the Russian Federation. Since 2009, he has consistently headed Magnitogorsk, Kurgan, Yekaterinburg, Moscow Oblast and Moscow customs. During his service, he conducted academic activities in the disciplines "Fundamentals of foreign economic activity and contract law" and "Customs value". Participated in the development of the regulatory framework for the determination and control of customs value.

After completing his customs service in 2017, Alexey uses his extensive experience and deep knowledge of regulatory requirements to help Bureau' clients find the most effective solutions in building supply chains and enhancing their competitiveness.
