Anna Shalneva is a partner of the Bureau. Her main specialization is complex litigation and arbitration disputes, including support of bankruptcy disputes and subsidiary liability of business owners and top managers of large companies.
Anna has extensive experience in consulting and legal strategy development, as well as corporate conflict resolution. She has a strong track record in managing complex multi-stage projects.
Anna graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University) and has more than 10 years of consulting experience, which she joined immediately after graduation.
Anna’s expertise was initially focused on the dispute resolution practice, due to which, she was partly involved in criminal defence in the economic sphere, and was also handled compliance procedures, due diligence and internal investigations in the interests of major Russian and international companies.
Anna has a successful experience in handling cross-border disputes and has repeatedly acted as a coordinator and team leader of large projects related to the resolution of cases in foreign jurisdictions.
Anna advises clients from various industries, including the financial and banking sectors, insurance, telecommunications and media business, energy, construction, retail, healthcare, and also provides legal assistance on a wide range of issues for leading Russian marketplaces.
